Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, in line with the EU cooling-off period. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item was purchased in the last 14 days.

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Panties, thongs, and boxers

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned dirty

Items not in their original packaging

Custom or personalized products
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@nostalgerie.eu with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, which will be charged by us. Local returns costs €4. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@nostalgerie.eu so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. All items must meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
